GANA+ provides digital consulting services, software access (SaaS), automation tools, training, and strategic guidance, including access to systems powered by GoHighLevel (GHL).
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Business consulting sessions
CRM and automation platform access
Funnels, workflows, and marketing systems
Training, onboarding, and recorded sessions
All services are digital and intangible.
3. User Responsibility
By purchasing, you confirm that:
You are authorized to make this purchase
You understand the nature of digital services
You accept responsibility for how you use the platform and guidance
Results are not guaranteed, as success depends on execution, market conditions, and user involvement.
4. Payments & Authorization
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By completing a payment, you:
Authorize MAES CORPORATE LLC to charge your selected payment method
Acknowledge that the charge is intentional and authorized
Agree that access to services may begin immediately after payment
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the services, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are provided once:
Platform access is granted
A consulting or onboarding session is delivered
Any digital resources are made available
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension of access.
6. Access & Usage
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Sharing access, reselling, or unauthorized use may result in termination without refund.
7. Recordings & Evidence
Consulting sessions, onboarding calls, and training may be recorded for:
Quality assurance
Proof of service delivery
Internal documentation
By participating, you consent to these recordings.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAES CORPORATE LLC is not liable for:
Business losses
Missed revenue
Implementation outcomes
Third-party platform issues
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be addressed directly with MAES CORPORATE LLC before initiating external claims.
You agree not to file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks for services that were delivered and accessed.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
